Founded in 1972, our headquarters are in Montreal, Canada.\n\n## Your Role: IT Account Manager (m/f/d)\n\nAs an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing ones within our Managed Services portfolio for the North-West region (Hamburg to Münster). You will work both from home and on-site at customer locations. Help Syntax unlock new potential and retain customers long-term with your sales instinct.\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\n* Acquire new customers in the industrial manufacturing sector, focusing on Cloud Computing, Managed Services, IT Outsourcing, Hosting, and our Microsoft portfolio.\n* Serve as the primary point of contact for potential new customers (especially in manufacturing), guiding them from initial contact to contract signing.\n* Develop existing customer relationships, build a strong network, and identify cross- and upselling opportunities.\n* Collaborate closely with clients to analyze individual needs and present tailored cloud and IT outsourcing solutions that deliver real business impact.\n* Work seamlessly with Presales, Consulting, Project Management, and Service Management to maximize sales opportunities and ensure an excellent customer journey.\n* Actively monitor market and technology trends to derive targeted sales activities for your region.\n\n### Your Profile\n\n* Several years of experience in selling complex IT services, ideally in Managed Services, Cloud, IoT, Hosting, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle.\n* A strong hunter mindset: Proactive, persistent, and skilled negotiator.\n* Empathetic, reliable, and customer-oriented approach to building sustainable relationships with both new and existing clients.\n* Motivated to win new customers in the IT sector, close deals successfully, and build long-term partnerships.\n* Fluent in German and proficient in spoken and written English.\n* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.\n\n### Why Syntax?\n\nBecome part of our success story and work on exciting innovation projects that make waves across industries.
