Your Role: Shaping Modern Analytics Solutions

In this role, you will design modern, cloud-based analytics solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud) and SAP BW/4HANA. These solutions will empower companies to make data-driven decisions and sustainably optimize their business processes.

Your Responsibilities -- What to Expect:

Consulting & Implementation

• Consulting on customer requirements and developing tailored solutions with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Designing and building modern data warehouse architectures and scalable reporting solutions.
• Supporting the introduction, migration, and optimization of business intelligence processes.
• Conducting strategic workshops with clients, for example, to develop joint analytics roadmaps.

Technology & Innovation

• Implementing end-to-end analytics architectures based on current SAP technologies and cloud platforms.
• Developing intuitive dashboards and KPIs that visualize data in an understandable and decision-relevant manner.
• Integrating data from ERP, CRM, and third-party sources into powerful, secure analytics environments.
• Utilizing modern methods such as AI-based insights, predictive analytics, and self-service BI.

Project Management

• Leading projects for the implementation and optimization of analytics solutions for our clients.
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and scheduling in all project phases -- from analysis to go-live.
• Close coordination with clients, development partners, and interdisciplinary SYNTAX teams worldwide.

Enablement & Knowledge Transfer

• Conducting workshops, demos, and training sessions on SAP Analytics and Datasphere.
• Actively sharing knowledge and mentoring junior consultants.
• Contributing to the development of the SYNTAX Analytics portfolio through innovation and thought leadership.

Your Profile -- What Sets You Apart:

• Several years of consulting experience with SAP Analytics, particularly in BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Sound knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Understanding of data architectures, reporting strategies, and data-driven decision management.
• Demonstrable experience in project leadership or sub-project leadership.
• Experience or initial exposure to Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
• Independent, customer-oriented, and structured way of working.
• Enjoyment of collaboration, communication, and international teamwork.
• Very good German and English language skills.
