We, SYZYGY Techsolutions, are growing and are looking for you as a Teamlead (w/m/d) for one of our software development teams.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* Leadership & Development: You will lead a motivated team of software developers both technically and disciplinarily, foster individual strengths, and ensure productive, appreciative collaboration.\n* Technical Responsibility: You will take responsibility for the architecture and technical direction of your team, with a focus on .NET.\n* Hands-on Development: You will remain actively involved in the code, taking on the role of developer, tech lead, or sparring partner as needed.\n* Customer Focus: You will analyze requirements, develop suitable solutions together with your team, and implement them in close coordination with our customers.\n\n### Your Profile\n\n* You have many years of experience in enterprise web development with .NET and all related aspects.
