Ensure market supply in line with customer needs while further developing production planning, systems landscape, automation, and digitalization to secure high supply chain performance, on-time delivery, and a sustainable competitive advantage.

How You Will Contribute

  • Drive strategies and initiatives in production planning, automation, and digitalization to continuously enhance operational performance
  • Lead continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and optimization of supply chain processes and KPIs across end-to-end value streams
  • Own the strategic development and integration of SAP systems, including ECC, IBP, APO, and Ariba, in the context of the S/4HANA transformation program
  • Lead and develop the team by setting clear strategic priorities, fostering accountability, driving performance excellence, and actively enabling change management
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Customer Service, Logistics, Material Planning, Artwork, and global supply chain partners to ensure seamless end-to-end execution
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP, FSOP, SOX, and relevant regulatory requirements while supporting operational excellence and audit readiness

In this position, you will report to the Director Site Supply Chain.

What You Bring To Takeda

  • Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in supply chain within a production environment in a mid-sized or multinational organization
  • At least 3 years' proven experience in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in change management and successful ERP implementation projects
  • Confident leadership style with strong decision-making and people leadership experience
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Solid SAP knowledge and experience with process automation and system integration
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
