Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and assistance of country steering of international branches in the HDI Global SE's industrial customer business
  • Support in monitoring, cost control, consulting, supervision and sales related matters
  • Support in market research and in the identification and analysis of markets
  • Assistance in the development, implementation and control of strategic objectives
  • Participation in the preparation of business plans and tracking of strategic initiatives
  • Responsible or jointly responsible for handling of special tasks and projects
  • Preparation of information as well as creation of (decision) templates and presentations
  • Overarching responsibilities, i.e. projects and initiatives with our international stakeholders and functions in Home Office

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in economics or law (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) or a comparable qualification or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in primary industrial insurance (preferably in various aspects of the insurance process, such as underwriting, finance, claims, sales, operations)
  • Professional experience in business analysis, strategic steering, international cooperation, project collaboration, coordination, or management
  • Routine handling of the MS Office package, Power BI and MS Dynamics knowledge are welcome
  • Analytical thinking, strong initiative and independent working style
  • Quick comprehension and careful working method
  • Convincing demeanor and professional interaction with internal and external customers
  • High level of loyalty and trustworthiness
  • Resilience, flexibility in terms of time management and reliability
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills
  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad
  • Very good written and spoken English and another language at native speaker level, ideally Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese; knowledge of German is an advantage
