The organization provides advanced analytics and monitoring solutions that empower global brands to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making through real-time data insights. To support their international growth, they are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their collaborative and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and researching potential customers across Europe to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conducting outbound prospecting and cold calls to engage key decision-makers.
  • Generating qualified leads for the sales team and scheduling product demonstration meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and documenting all outreach activities.
  • Collaborating closely with the company's internal sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Sales Drive: Strong motivation for outbound sales, cold calling, and proactive prospecting.
  • Communication: High level of confidence in customer interaction and professional communication.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus).
  • Persistence: Proven resilience and ability to thrive in professional B2B sales environments.
  • Research Skills: Solid market research and prospecting capabilities.
