Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching potential customers across Europe to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conducting outbound prospecting and cold calls to engage key decision-makers.
- Generating qualified leads for the sales team and scheduling product demonstration meetings.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and documenting all outreach activities.

Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Sales Drive: Strong motivation for outbound sales, cold calling, and proactive prospecting.
- Communication: High level of confidence in customer interaction and professional communication.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus).
- Persistence: Proven resilience and ability to thrive in professional B2B sales environments.
- Research Skills: Solid market research and prospecting capabilities.
