About the Role
You've accompanied many paths in recruiting or sales -- now you want to truly help people move forward? As a career counselor, you turn professional aspirations into realistic perspectives and accompany real new beginnings.
Our leads are pre-qualified, our further training offers are state-fundable, and our customer journey is CRM-supported, digital, and scalable. You conduct empathetic, structured counseling sessions, clarify individual goals, assist with funding applications like the Bildungsgutschein, answer questions from employment advisors -- and ensure that everyone can get started with the right course.
You can expect a predictable inbound lead flow, structured processes, modern tools, and a team that shows integrity, takes responsibility, and achieves results together. Our counseling takes place remotely and digitally -- without cold calling, but with real impact.

Your Responsibilities
- Consulting with Impact: You accompany interested parties from the first contact to course registration -- empathetically, goal-oriented, and motivatingly.
- Lead Nurturing & Closing: You take over pre-qualified inbound leads, recognize potential, and guide your customers securely through decision-making processes.
- Bildungsgutschein & Funding Logic: You assist with applying for Bildungsgutscheine, answer questions from employment advisors, and are familiar with the funded further education market -- or learn it quickly.
- CRM & Process Management: You work with our CRM (e.g., Hubspot), document professionally, and actively manage your funnel towards conversion.
- Cooperation & Feedback: You work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Program Management -- pass on market feedback and develop new ideas to increase conversion rates.
What You Bring
- Sales Competence & Empathy: You have initial experience in sales, educational counseling, personnel services, or recruiting -- and a good feel for people.
- Communication Skills: You can inspire others, argue clearly, and explain even complex funding structures understandably.
- Closing Orientation & Goal Clarity: You love measurable success, work KPI-based, and actively steer towards your monthly and quarterly target funnel.
- Structure & Tool Proficiency: You are comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems and work efficiently, organized, and responsibly.
- Personal Responsibility & Energy: You work independently, are results-oriented, and seek an environment that offers you freedom, trust, and effectiveness.
- Language Proficiency: You speak and write excellent German (native speaker level), other languages (e.g., English) are a plus.
- Residency: You have your permanent residence and registered address in Spain.
