Join Tanso and become part of a mission to decarbonize industries. We are seeking a motivated People & Finance Intern (f/m/x) to support our People, Operations & Finance Team. In this role, you will proactively facilitate cross-team communication, identify process improvements, and drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize people operations processes, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.
- Support financial and administrative workflows, including invoicing and stakeholder coordination.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of operational processes, such as customer invoicing and related financial workflows.
- Provide support across business functions, including office operations, internal events, and IT processes.
Your Profile:
- Studies or background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
