Job Offer: Call Center Agent (m/w/d) Inbound – Kfz-Schaden & Reiserücktritt (40 hours/week)

This is a fixed-term position with the earliest possible start date of March 1, 2026. The hourly wage is €15.29.

Your Tasks

• Receiving incoming calls (inbound) regarding car damage claims and travel cancellation requests
• Competent and service-oriented consultation of customers
• Clarification of issues, explanation of next steps, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Careful documentation of calls and creation of tickets and files
• Work in a regulated shift system (Mon--Sun, 8:00 AM--10:00 PM) with predictable free time

Your Profile

• Experience in telephone customer service or call center
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office and digital systems
• Service orientation, strong communication skills, and resilience
• Reliable and structured way of working
