As part of the teccle group, teccle operations is the central point of contact for all member companies. To strengthen our People Experience team, which operates across Germany and works independently, currently with six female colleagues, we are looking for dedicated support as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
At teccle, it's not just about what you can do - but also about what you achieve. In this role, you will contribute to the following:
- Holistic responsibility for the candidate journey - from active candidate sourcing through application management and communication to handover for offer creation and onboarding.
- Partnership-based collaboration with Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruiting process, including clarifying requirements, screening, and making well-founded selection decisions.
- Ensuring reliability , quality , and transparency in the recruiting process, as well as professional handling of deviations and irregularities.
- Technical responsibility for the stable, transparent, and KPI-oriented use of the applicant management system Recruitee (Business Ownership).
- Development and implementation of semi-structured interview guides , selection criteria , and core competencies , as well as coaching of hiring teams in interview techniques and selection processes.
- Strategic further development of recruiting through market and trend observation, impulses on working conditions, benefits, and employee retention, as well as steering recruiting performance using relevant KPIs.
Your Profile
Nobody meets every requirement. If you are curious and enthusiastic about the task, we would still like to receive your application even if not everything fits 100%.
- You have professional experience in end-to-end recruiting (e.g., IT or Sales positions), particularly in suitability diagnostics , and are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally with Recruitee.
- You confidently use Active Sourcing via LinkedIn and are skilled in using modern recruiting methods and AI-based tools in talent acquisition.
- You convince with reliability , clarity, and professional composure , bring consulting expertise , and constructively support change processes.
- You have a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture.
- You work independently and are well-organized, while also valuing professional exchange and collegial advice within the team.
- You look forward to digital collaboration in everyday work and to meeting the team in person once a quarter for a three-day offsite.
- You communicate confidently in German - with the team, with customers, and in everyday interactions.
- You live in Germany and are authorized to work here - this allows us to work together smoothly in everyday life.
