About the Role

Tech Spectrum AI Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Assistant to support our brand development and marketing initiatives in a fully remote role. This position is open only to candidates based in Germany and offers the opportunity to work closely with an international team while contributing to impactful brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Support the creation of brand-aligned content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all communications and channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience or internship in marketing or branding is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be currently based in Germany and legally eligible to work there.
