Responsibilities

• You plan and are responsible for the planning and technical coordination of control centers and security control rooms across all HOAI service phases (Phases 1-9).
• You conduct inventory analyses and feasibility studies and create technical concepts and service specifications.
• You develop control, alarm, and redundancy concepts in the environment of security-relevant systems.
• You conduct workshops, advise clients, and coordinate with authorities and involved trades.
• You accompany projects from the design to the execution phase, including construction supervision and documentation.
• You ensure quality through structured processes, norms, and standards (including DIN EN 50518, DIN EN 50600, ISO 27001 BSI basic protection).

Profile

• You have completed a (technical) university degree or a state-certified technician training in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering, rescue services, or a comparable field.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in TGA planning, ideally with a focus on control center technology or security technology systems.
• You have good knowledge of the HOAI structure and planning processes.
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have knowledge of CAD or Visio.
• You have excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a solution-oriented and structured approach to work.
• You possess a driver's license class B.
• You preferably have proven experience in the environment of authorities and organizations with security tasks from previous professional projects or your own practice.
