We are currently offering a position as a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) as a permanent position in Munich.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development and expansion of customer relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 customers in the global automotive environment
- Business development with a clear focus on projects in the areas of control units, platforms, and vehicle communication
- Identification of new business opportunities, customer needs, and innovation fields in distributed, international development projects
- Proactive placement of engineering services, test solutions, and validation concepts from Technica GmbH
- Building and maintaining a robust network at the decision-maker, purchasing, and specialist levels with international customers
- Management and coordination of the entire sales process: from lead generation through the RfI/RfQ phase to contract conclusion
- Close collaboration with Engineering, System Architects, and Delivery Management to develop technical solution concepts and robust offers
- Responsibility for revenue, pipeline, and forecast planning on a quarterly and annual basis
- Market and competitor analysis to derive growth strategies in the area of system engineering and testing services
- Preparation and execution of management presentations, customer appointments, workshops, and technical pitches
- Maintenance of the CRM system and structured documentation of leads, opportunities, and forecast data
- Close coordination with Controlling, Recruiting, and Project Management to ensure scalability and resource availability for international projects

What You Bring
- Completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or comparable qualifications
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, IT infrastructure, toolchains, and development organization
- Experience in sales or business development is advantageous
- Confident handling of forecasting, budget planning, quotation processes, and commercial key figures
- Knowledge of infotainment, digital key, E/E architecture, or software development topics is desirable
- Very good German and English skills for working with international teams (from C1 level)
