We are currently offering a position as a
Test Manager:in / Product Owner:in (m/w/d) Remote-Update-Funktion
in Wolfsburg or Ingolstadt, Germany, as a permanent role.
Your Responsibilities with the Team
- Overall responsibility for test management of functional test cases in the area of a remote update function.
- Prioritization, planning, and control of test activities in an agile setup.
- Professional leadership, coordination, and alignment of a cross-site test team (Wolfsburg, Ingolstadt, and potentially Berlin).
- Ensuring test progress, test coverage, and quality objectives.
- Consolidated reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuous development of test strategy, processes, and tool landscape.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience (at least 3-5 years) in managing agile teams, ideally in the role of Product Owner or Test Manager in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
- Ideally, experience with common automotive test, diagnostics, and reporting tools (e.g., iDEX, Teo, ENNA, Sys42, Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- ISTQB certification is desirable.
- Very good analytical and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent German language skills (at least C2) and very good English language skills (at least C1).
