Position: Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) as Junior Financial Controller for Development Projects

We are offering a position as a Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) as Junior Financial Controller for development projects at Technica Engineering GmbH in Munich.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, report, and plan budgets, costs, and profitability of projects.
  • Monitor project performance and regularly report to department management.
  • Align with various initiatives such as OKRs, P&I planning, and consider the underlying business plan.
  • Moderate cross-functional meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of measures to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness, achieving organizational goals.
  • Proactively communicate with all involved employees to encourage problem identification, solution development, and efficiency improvements.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

  • We are looking for recent graduates with a degree in Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) for entry-level positions.
  • A PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
  • Practical experience in project management is desirable, or at least a solid understanding of project management methods and tools is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive development processes is a plus.
  • Language skills: German (C1 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum) for communication.
