Sales Manager / -in Industrial Cooperations (m/f/d) (CIT2026-07)
for the projects "1,000+ Project Week" and "MEET&MATCH"!
Your new workplace offers varied and interesting activities in a young, international, and dynamic environment. The goal is to expand the new teaching format 1,000+ Project Week https://1000plus.cit.tum.de (networking our TUM Master's students with industry) and the "Meet&Match" initiative.
Your Tasks in the Project
- Acquisition of industrial partners and recruitment of TUM talents for both formats; development of new initiatives to attract and win over both target groups/customers.
- Introduction and maintenance of a CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable) for automation and tracking of the customer journey (including automation of target group-specific e-mail marketing).
- Communication and support of customers along the "Customer Journey".
- Support with project coordination and operational implementation of the formats, including preparation and follow-up of the project week, organization of the 1,000+ final event, and evaluation of the project week.
- Support with the optimization of internal processes (e.g., registration procedures).
- Collaboration with colleagues in the TUM Center for Study and Teaching and all other relevant TUM departments (Public Relations, Finance, Study Management, etc.).
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in Marketing, Communication, Media Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager with a focus on customer acquisition and management (including CRM tools), process optimization, and marketing of new projects.
- German (native or business fluent), English (fluent in spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic about customer acquisition, structured organizational skills, independent work with a desire to shape things.
- Team player with strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and empathy.
