Requirements

Must have:

  • Masters degree or higher in Immunology, Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field with a strong focus on data handling
  • Experience working with life-science or immunological research data
  • Knowledge of data repositories, metadata standards, and relevant research IT infrastructures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with researchers, data scientists, and IT specialists across disciplinary and institutional boundaries
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Experience working in collaborative research environments is desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement harmonised data workflows to ensure data quality, interoperability and reusability
  • Support the collection, curation, integration and documentation of different datasets
  • Develop shared guidelines and best practices for data integrity, version control and long-term preservation
  • Coordinate research data management activities within the project and across collaborating universities
  • Support onboarding and training of researchers in good research data management practices
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange and contribute to building a sustainable community of practice
