Your Responsibilities:

• Architecture & further development of our company-wide CI/CD landscape (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Conception, setup, and operation of highly scalable cloud infrastructures (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Infrastructure as Code: Development of reusable modules (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)
• Container orchestration: Design and administration of Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS/GKE)
• Automation of build, test, and deployment processes
• Definition and implementation of monitoring and observability strategies (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace)
• Security-by-Design: Secrets Management, Zero-Trust, Policy Automation (OPA, HashiCorp Vault)
• Troubleshooting & Incident Management
• Active participation in shaping DevOps standards, governance, and best practices

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a DevOps environment
• Deep technical understanding of modern cloud architectures
• Very good knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Profound experience with IaC frameworks (Terraform preferred)
• Routine in handling Docker & Kubernetes
• Confident handling of Linux environments; Windows Server knowledge is a plus
• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with logging/monitoring/alerting at an enterprise level
• Know-how in security topics (identity, compliance, secrets, network security)
• Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing for internal and external communication are essential
