About the Company

Our client is a German software company with more than 50 years of experience in workforce management. Their solutions help organisations across Germany manage time recording, workforce planning, access control, and compliance with labour regulations.

The company is currently building a new SaaS platform (B2B2C), a greenfield project designed to replace legacy systems with a modern, scalable solution that combines HR, workforce management, and employee self-service.

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Go React) to play a central role in the design and delivery of this next-generation platform. You will work hands-on across backend and frontend while also contributing to architecture, system design, and engineering standards.

This is not just an implementation role. You will have the chance to influence core technical decisions and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of complex subsystems end-to-end
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Shape decisions around API design, architecture, and clean code
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX, and fellow engineers
• Mentor colleagues and drive best practices across the team
• Lead and contribute to internal technical discussions

What We're Looking For

• 6 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer
• Strong hands-on skills in Golang (backend) and React (frontend)
• Experience with API design, security standards, and modern architectures
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor peers
• German B2 (required) or higher
