Generative AI is fundamentally changing software development. The shift is moving away from individual code snippets and toward agentic workflows that meaningfully connect requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, CI/CD, and operations.
We are looking for an **Agentic Software Engineering Trainer (80--100%)**to help us enable teams across the DACH region to use AI agents in a practical, responsible way while maintaining architectural quality. The role is remote, flexible, and international.

What you can expect
In this role, you will:
- Deliver live training sessions on Agentic Software Engineering online or occasionally on-site.
- Support participants throughout their learning journey with practical exercises, real use cases, and a modern didactic concept.
- Develop training materials, from slides to interactive exercises and small lab repositories.
- Help teams implement agentic workflows across the entire SDLC, from requirements to operations.
- Explain architecture topics clearly, including quality attributes, trade-offs, ADRs, technical debt, and DDD ubiquitous language.
- Collaborate with international teams to keep content current, relevant, and hands-on.
What you should bring
Must-haves:
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally also as a Software Architect or with architectural responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of modern architecture principles and engineering practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Practical experience using GenAI in everyday engineering work, such as prompting plus context building, tool use, agentic workflows, and guardrails.
- The ability to align AI usage with product quality, meaning maintainable, testable, secure, and traceable outcomes.
- Very good German and English skills, at least C1 level.
- Residence in the DACH/EMEA region.
- Willingness to travel for occasional training sessions or workshops in the DACH region and Europe, approximately 30%.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a trainer, consultant, or in a leadership role.
- Experience with architecture methods and documentation, such as ADRs, C4, and DDD.
- Experience with security and quality engineering in the context of AI.
- Cloud knowledge, especially AWS or Azure, and ideally relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of common agent and RAG concepts.
