To strengthen our team in Dresden, we are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) for our Front-End Development Team who want to expand their professional skills alongside their studies in an international environment of photomask and semiconductor specialists.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting our Front-End departments with small projects (e.g. development of new programs for Customer Service / Applications / Technical Planning and maintenance / implementation of new functions for existing programs)
  • Support with larger projects (e.g. testing, programming)

Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid experience with UNIX/Linux (Shell), development tools e.g. GIT and with databases (SQL, XML)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Perl or Python) with the eagerness to expand your skills in these areas
  • Exposure to web technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular is a plus
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and results
  • Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
