We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester (m/f/d) to join our 100% fully remote company. You will be a member of the Platform Operations engineering team, taking responsibility for further developing our services for multiple partners and millions of patients.

Your Role with Us

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the stability of our end-to-end workflows. You will work closely with Developers and Product Management to catch risks early, investigate bugs, and maintain the high quality standards that our healthcare mission demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing & QA: Test new features across demo and production environments; own end-to-end workflow testing across systems and APIs.
• Release Management: Execute regression testing before and after releases, supporting post-release validation.
• Bug Investigation: Reproduce reported issues and use tools like Sentry or Datadog to help developers diagnose root causes.
• Automation (Growing Scope): Maintain simple automated scripts for repetitive tasks and collaborate with developers to integrate automation into our pipelines.
• Documentation: Maintain clear testing scenarios and document complex workflows and edge cases.
• Process Improvement: Work across teams to reduce testing bottlenecks and improve overall release confidence.

What you'll need:

• Experience: Proven background in a QA or testing role (covering both manual and automated scripts).
• Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of SQL and APIs, backend-driven systems, and distributed platforms.
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog).
• Communication: Fluent English; ability to communicate technical findings clearly to various stakeholders.
• Mindset: An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong eye for detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience testing internal tools rather than customer-facing products.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools.
• German is a plus
