You will be assigned to a sales territory corresponding to your place of residence.

What to Expect

  • Direct Sales: As an experienced sales professional, you will convince new customers of our o2-Telefónica products every day through direct sales and excel with proactive direct outreach.
  • Client Management: With your communicative and curious nature, you will consistently build new partnerships and intuitively understand customer needs.
  • Presentation: The connected world is becoming increasingly complex, but you will make our products simple and understandable for our customers. This includes: mobile, landline, and ICT products.
  • Solution Sales: You see problems as challenges, for which you develop and present individual solution concepts to the customer.
  • Offer Management: You will be responsible for creating attractive offers and pricing in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and will be the first point of contact until the contract is signed.
  • Activity: Orderliness is key. Therefore, you will ensure flawless tracking of all activities in our CRM (Salesforce).

What You Bring

  • Whether it's a university degree, completed apprenticeship, or career changer, what matters to us is that you have the right mindset and the drive to want to start a career in sales.
  • You can inspire new contacts with your open personality, and you enjoy building new partnerships. We will provide you with the necessary expertise.
  • Ideally, you already have sales experience and are familiar with a standard sales cycle in the B2B environment.
  • You are characterized by a desire for success and growth and pursue your goals with persistence and passion. You don't just sell; you convince our customers with the right story about our products.
  • Through your sales-oriented way of thinking and organizational talent, you recognize your customers' needs and independently ensure your success.
  • You are a communication talent and express yourself eloquently in German (English is a plus).
