You will be assigned to a sales territory corresponding to your place of residence.

What to Expect

  • Direct Sales: As an experienced sales professional, you will convince new customers of our o2-Telefónica products every day through proactive direct outreach.
  • Client Management: With your communicative and curious nature, you will continuously build new partnerships and effortlessly identify customer needs.
  • Presentation: The connected world is becoming increasingly complex, but you will make our mobile, landline, and ICT products simple and understandable for our customers.
  • Solution Sales: You see problems as challenges, developing and presenting individual solution concepts to the customer.
  • Offer Management: You will be responsible for creating attractive offers and pricing in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and will be the first point of contact until the contract is signed.
  • Activity: Order is essential. Therefore, you will ensure flawless tracking of all activities in our CRM (Salesforce).

What You Bring

  • Whether you have a university degree, completed vocational training, or are a career changer, what counts for us is that you have the right mindset and the drive to get started in sales.
  • You can inspire new contacts with your open personality and enjoy building new partnerships. We will provide you with the necessary technical knowledge.
  • Ideally, you already have sales experience and are familiar with a common sales cycle in the B2B environment.
  • You are characterized by a desire for success and growth, pursuing your goals with perseverance and passion. You don't just sell; you convince our customers with the right story about our products.
  • With your sales-oriented way of thinking and organizational talent, you recognize your customers' needs and independently ensure your success.
  • You are a communication talent and express yourself eloquently in German (English is a plus).
