What to Expect

  • Direct Sales: Sales of fixed-line and/or digital products and/or digital services to medium-sized companies in SME Direct Sales with an exclusive focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Market Penetration: Proactive market approach for fixed-line and/or digital products and/or digital services.
  • Collaboration: Proactive collaboration with the Direct Sales Account Managers in the region.
  • Solution Selling: Development and implementation of individual or customer-specific solutions in the customer's telecommunications environment (focus on fixed-line and/or digital products and/or digital services as well as mobile communications).
  • Professional Customer Support: SPOC for fixed-line and/or digital products and/or digital services in the region.
  • Communication: Know-how sharing and transfer of expertise to the region.
  • Offer Management: Responsibility for creating offers and pricing, as well as close coordination with Presales.

What You Bring

  • Completed business administration degree or comparable commercial background.
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in business customer sales with complex solutions/services, ideally in direct sales (in the SME environment).
  • Experience in selling digital services such as O365, MDM, and virtual PBX.
  • Excellent expertise in the marketing of fixed-line products, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Security.
  • Telecommunications know-how / existing contacts in the SME segment.
  • Goal- and results-oriented action as well as high resilience.
  • Strong team spirit and a hands-on mentality are a matter of course for you.
  • You speak fluent German and have business-fluent English skills.
