What awaits you
- Sales Development: You are responsible for acquiring new sales partners with the goal of building an active partner base.
- Partner Sales: The sales focus is on our B2B products, such as solution business in mobile communications, IoT solutions, or cloud IT services through partners.
- Sales Promotion: You develop sales, marketing, and activity plans in cooperation with partners to increase revenue.
- Management: You also manage existing customer business and ensure sustainable target achievement.
- Consulting: You advise and support the sub-sales partners of the B2B distribution centers.
- Growth: You negotiate target agreements to increase the o2 Business share of the partners' total revenue.
- Market Development: You are also responsible for the development and expansion of the partner sales structure.
- Stakeholder Management: You conduct regular accompanied visits with partners to B2B customers, adhering to sales processes.
What you bring
- Completed #commercial vocational training or a degree in #BusinessAdministration.
- Several years of experience in direct, indirect, and/or partner #sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry with proven sales success.
- Enjoyment of sales, #teamwork, professional demeanor, ability to connect and #communicate, #results-orientation, and a high affinity for selling technical products and services.
- #Customer-orientation with entrepreneurial thinking and action, #decision-making ability with a self-reliant attitude regarding independent and responsible work.
- #Assertiveness as well as #developmental readiness, will to succeed, #flexibility, and learning ability, high target and #closing orientation.
- Existing contacts in the B2B IT / TK SME partner & distribution sector are an advantage.
- Good knowledge in #mobilecommunications, #xDSL, #Cloud IT services.
- Experience with #Salesforce is an advantage.
- Fluent #German and #English language skills, both written and spoken.
