As a Business Manager (m/f/d) to the Chief Organizational Development & People Officer (CODPO), you will work where innovation, strategy, and transformation converge, actively shaping the future of Telefónica Germany. You will analyze, question, and redesign our structures, governance, and ways of working -- always with the goal of creating sustainable progress and real impact. To achieve this, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team from the fields of organization, data & digital, innovation, start-ups, psychology, statistics, and communication.

What awaits you

  • #Strategy: Develop the future Target Operating Model together with the Executive Board, derived from the corporate strategy.
  • #Partnering: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team -- especially with the OD&P Management Team.
  • #Transformation: Drive the realignment of the organizational architecture to increase flexibility, agility, and efficiency.
  • #ProjectManagement: Take on independent management of cross-functional projects, also beyond the OD&P area.
  • #AnalyticalThinking: Independently structure complex issues and develop strategically relevant, actionable concepts.
  • #ExecutiveCommunication: Prepare, organize, and follow up on meetings, presentations, and decision proposals for various target groups (including the Supervisory Board and Board).

What you bring

  • With a successfully completed #HigherEducation and over five years of experience -- including #StrategyConsulting -- you are ideally equipped to actively shape our future.
  • You are characterized by your very good #analytical and #conceptual thinking skills, which you have already demonstrated in numerous application areas.
  • Your experience in #OrganizationalDevelopment brings new impulses to our Senior Leadership Team -- you are characterized by your creativity, empathy, and "out-of-the-box" thinking in top management committees.
  • With your strong #communication skills -- in German and English -- you are able to convey complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner in the areas of #Transformation and #Change.
