What to Expect:
- #Prozessmanagement: Development, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions that improve B2B business processes and drive innovation.
- #Lösungsdesign: Development and conception of holistic, complex digitalization solutions across the entire product portfolio: mobile, fixed-line, cyber security, license marketing, site networking (e.g., SD-WAN, MPLS), and solution design.
- #Vertriebsunterstützung: Leading support for sales partners in technically, legally, and commercially demanding customer projects and tenders (RFPs/RFIs).
- #Bedarfsanalyse: Analysis of customer requirements and their translation into viable, competitive solution proposals.
- #Stakeholder-Management: Preparation, execution, and follow-up of in-depth customer meetings and workshops, often with the customer's specialist departments (e.g., IT management, legal department), as well as content-based presentation of solution architectures and business cases to the customer.
- #Schnittstellenmanagement: Coordination and communication between partners, end customers, and internal experts (e.g., product management, legal, pre-sales consulting, bid management).
- #Anforderungsmanagement: Ensuring the technical feasibility, compliance with legal frameworks, and calculatory accuracy of offers.
- #Wissenstransfer: Accompanying and technically enabling sales partners on new or complex solutions and product updates in specific customer cases.
What You Bring:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in #BWL (Business Administration), #VWL (Economics), or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in a #Direktvertriebsorganisation (direct sales organization) in the #TK (telecommunications) or #ICT (Information and Communication Technology) environment, or in #indirekten Vertrieb (indirect sales), preferably in the TK industry, including proven sales success.
- Comprehensive technical understanding of the telecommunications and IT industry (#Mobilfunk (mobile communications), #Festnetz (fixed-line) /#IP, #Security).
- Experience in #Lösungsvertrieb (solution selling) or #Pre-Sales (ideally in indirect sales).
- Strong understanding of the #kommerzielle (commercial) and #rechtliche (legal) aspects of complex contracts.
- Strong #Kommunikations (communication) and #Präsentationsfähigkeiten (presentation skills) at a specialist level.
- Ability to create structure and solutions under pressure and in #komplexen Umfeldern (complex environments).
- Fluent #Deutsch (German) and #Englischkenntnisse (English skills).
