What to Expect:
- Process Management: Development, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions that improve B2B business processes and drive innovation.
- Solution Design: Development and conception of holistic, complex digitalization solutions across the entire product portfolio: mobile communications, fixed-line, cyber security, license marketing, site networking (e.g., SD-WAN, MPLS), and solution design.
- Sales Support: Leading support for sales partners in technically, legally, and commercially demanding customer projects and tenders (RFPs/RFIs).
- Requirements Analysis: Analysis of customer requirements and their translation into viable, competitive solution proposals.
- Stakeholder Management: Preparation, execution, and follow-up of in-depth customer appointments and workshops, often with the customer's specialist departments (e.g., IT management, legal department), as well as content-based presentation of solution architectures and business cases to the customer.
- Interface Management: Coordination and communication between partners, end customers, and internal experts (e.g., product management, legal, pre-sales consulting, bid management).
- Requirements Management: Ensuring the technical feasibility, compliance with legal frameworks, and calculatory accuracy of offers.
- Knowledge Transfer: Accompanying and technically enabling sales partners on new or complex solutions and product updates in specific customer cases.
What You Bring:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in a direct sales organization in the telecommunications or ICT environment, or in indirect sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry, including demonstrable sales success.
- Comprehensive technical understanding of the telecommunications and IT industry (mobile communications, fixed-line/IP, security).
- Experience in solution selling or pre-sales (ideally in indirect sales).
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal aspects of complex contracts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills at a specialist level.
- Ability to create structure and solutions under pressure and in complex environments.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
