As a (Junior) Sales Manager - Telecommunications Retail (m/f/d), you will actively shape sales: You will manage our partners in telecommunications retail, conduct successful negotiations, and implement sales projects from planning to realization. Through market analyses, you will identify new opportunities, prepare compelling presentations, and provide the basis for sound decisions with clear reporting. In this way, you will contribute directly to the growth and success of our sales.
The sales territory covers the Berlin/Brandenburg region. Residency must also be in this region.
What to Expect
- #Partner Management: You will actively manage our sales partners in specialized telecommunications retail and also support dealers who carry telecommunications products as a supplementary range, thereby strengthening existing partnerships and developing new potential.
- #Negotiation: You will conduct professional negotiations with partners, develop target agreements, and coordinate advertising subsidies – always with the goal of sustainable and successful cooperation.
- #Sales: You will implement sales projects from planning to execution, ensuring that sales targets such as new customer acquisition, tariff options, and revenue increases are met.
- #Market Insights: You will analyze market and competitor developments in your sales territory, identify opportunities and risks, and derive concrete measures for sales.
- #Presentations: You will create compelling presentations and deliver them in internal coordination meetings as well as external partner appointments, succeeding in presenting complex content clearly and understandably.
- #Reporting: You will analyze and evaluate sales-relevant data, present the results clearly, and thus provide a sound basis for strategic decisions.
What You Bring
- You have successfully completed a #business administration degree – however, we are also happy to give motivated #career changers a chance.
- You are #communicative , convincing with your #negotiation skills , and confident in dealing with business partners.
- Initial practical experience in managing #sales partners is an advantage, but not a requirement – your #motivation to take responsibility is key.
- You are interested in #telecommunications products , possess #technical understanding, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You are willing to travel and stay overnight 1-2 times per month to visit partners on-site.
- You have excellent #German and #Turkish language skills and can communicate confidently in both languages.
