What to Expect
- Leadership Competence: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned sales employees (approx. 6 employees) and definition and implementation of the channel strategy in coordination with the Head of Partner Sales
- Sales Strategy: Alignment of the sales channel for acquiring and developing new sales and solution partners, as well as implementation of measures to achieve the defined quantitative and qualitative goals
- Budgeting: Responsibility for managing the use of funds (sales promotion costs), both for new partner acquisition and existing partner support
- Personnel Development: Personnel planning, recruitment, and development to ensure a qualified and motivated sales team
- Customer Development: Regular accompanying visits of Partner Account Managers and support in partner development and partner discussions
- Employee Motivation: Ensuring a positive and productive work culture by promoting teamwork, creativity, and commitment
- Marketing Planning: Development of holistic, central measures (e.g., incentives, promotions) to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in Partner Sales and experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership, motivation, and development of employees
- Many years of experience in revenue and sales responsibility, as well as performance-oriented leadership of large partner sales structures
- Extensive experience in the B2B telecommunications and solutions business
- Strong stakeholder management skills at C-level, both internally and externally
- In-depth experience in transformation projects in the B2B Sales environment with proven success and the ability to multitask and manage several complex projects and initiatives in parallel
- Absolutely convincing and self-confident demeanor combined with initiative, motivation, and perseverance
- Fluent German and Business English skills, both written and spoken
