You will be assigned to a corresponding sales territory based on your place of residence.
What to Expect
- Leadership: Functional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned Account Managers - New Business (9 MA).
- Sales Management: Proactive development of measures to achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals of the sales team.
- Sales Promotion: Implementation of regional sales and marketing measures to achieve the team's set goals.
- Further Development: Regular customer visit accompaniment and "Training on the Job" with the aim of developing the Account Managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Interface and coordination with the overall Sales Director, specialist departments, and Customer Base Management.
- Reporting: Responsibility for regular forecast reporting and system maintenance by the assigned employees.
- Employee Motivation: Ensuring a positive and productive work culture by promoting teamwork, creativity, and engagement.
What You Bring
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Many years of functional and disciplinary leadership experience in B2B direct sales with a successful, demonstrable track record.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B direct sales with medium-sized customers, ideally with initial experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Many years of experience in profit and revenue responsibility.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at C-level, both internally and externally.
- Absolutely convincing and self-confident demeanor combined with initiative, motivation, and perseverance.
- Negotiation-proof German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
