What awaits you

• Strategy: You will work on strategy projects and analyses in the area of Sales Enablement/B2B Training.
• Project Work: You will be independently responsible for developing partial results and creating decision memos.
• Analysis: You will create analyses and strategy evaluations in the field of sales-oriented personnel development.
• Evaluation: You will create internal evaluations and independently prepare and present results.
• Organization: You will support the team in planning, organizing, and implementing training and events within the scope of sales development in the B2B Sales area.

What you bring

• You are a full-time enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on sales or HR.
• You are structured, #self-directed, and have a #reliable work ethic, combined with a good dose of creativity.
• You possess a #proactive work style and drive your topics forward independently.
• Terms like #PivotTables or VLOOKUP are familiar to you, and you can prepare #Presentations in PowerPoint.
• You have fluent #German language skills and ideally good #English skills.
