What Awaits You

• Process Optimization: Active participation in the further development of our HR processes and implementation of concrete improvement measures together with the process owners.
• Analysis: Conducting research and evaluations, as well as preparing complex topics in an understandable way for different target groups.
• Project Management: Support for innovative projects, such as the introduction of an HR chatbot, including independent assumption of subtasks.
• Teamwork: Working at the interface between employees, process owners, and the People Services team.
• Technical Affinity: Use of new digital tools, support for their introduction, and active contribution of your own ideas for the further development of our HR services.

What You Bring

• Current university studies with a focus on business administration, social sciences, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, you have initial experience with HR topics and projects and enjoy working in a digital team.
• You demonstrate a structured, efficient, and proactive way of working, as well as a high degree of customer orientation, and you know how to communicate appropriately for the target audience.
• You are proficient in the standard MS Office applications and are curious to learn new digital tools.
