Role overview
As a working student in marketing, you'll gain practical exposure across the wider marketing function, including product positioning, CRM journeys, growth initiatives, and content work. You'll partner with colleagues in engagement marketing, product marketing, and growth/performance to help deliver live projects for patients and pharma partners. This is a hands-on role with ownership from the beginning, and your output will be used in real campaigns.
Content, copy, and asset creation
- Produce and refine marketing materials across a range of channels, such as email newsletters, in-app articles, social posts, flyers, and event collateral, in both German and English, while keeping messaging clear and on-tone.
- Assist with designing presentations and laying out decks for internal and external audiences using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma.
Stakeholder coordination
- Work with teams in product, commercial, and design to collect inputs, align on next steps, and keep projects on schedule.
- Help prepare materials for partner meetings and other pharma stakeholder interactions.
CRM and engagement marketing
- Support documentation for CRM journeys, copy quality checks, and audience segment logic across the product portfolio.
- Contribute to the upkeep and improvement of content used in lifecycle campaigns and other patient engagement initiatives.
Product marketing and growth
- Assist with competitive research, positioning materials, and launch preparation for product marketing work.
- Contribute to growth and performance marketing processes, reporting, and experimentation across channels.
AI-enabled workflows
- Use AI tools actively for content creation, research, and creative tasks, and document how they are applied.
- Help shape repeatable marketing workflows that combine human and AI assistance.
Data and reporting
- Support the preparation of recurring marketing reports, dashboards, and spend summaries for B2C and B2B activity, along with campaign tracking.
- Spot patterns or unusual changes in data and surface insights that can help improve campaign performance and budget use.

Responsibilities

- Use AI tools for content, research, and creative production, and document the workflows.
- Prepare marketing dashboards, reports, and budget overviews, and surface insights from the data.
Requirements
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related subject.
- Native-level German and fluent English, with strong writing ability in both languages.
- Strong interest in AI tools and their impact on creative and marketing work.
- Practical design sense and experience using presentation or design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, trends, and performance insights.
- Ability to switch quickly between different tasks and contexts.
- Organised, proactive, detail-focused, and reliable in follow-through.
- Bonus experience with Notion, Linear, Customer.io, or HubSpot.
- Bonus understanding of paid social or other performance channels.
- Any exposure to healthcare, pharma, or regulated content environments is an advantage.
