What You Can Expect:

• Contract Type: Permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation.
• Home Office: Available for your specific project upon individual agreement.
• Compensation: Above-tariff salary, vacation and Christmas bonus, plus a 13th-month salary.
• Onboarding: You will receive structured training and have a dedicated point of contact.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a smooth supply chain.
• Determining needs in close coordination with the procurement department.
• Continuous inventory monitoring and regular stocktaking.
• Defining required production quantities.
• Coordinating and implementing operational measures to secure necessary capacities.
• Creating daily and weekly plans, as well as work orders.
• Performing target-actual comparisons.
• Schedule and capacity planning.
• Planning machine capacities, optimizing batch sizes, and minimizing setup times.

What You Bring:

• A successfully completed technical apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on mechanical engineering. Individuals with comparable qualifications or professional experience are also warmly welcome!
• Experience in production planning and control within series production.
• Proficient in MS Office and common ERP systems.
• Understanding of complex interrelationships and IT-supported planning processes.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills.
