• Contract Type: Permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation
• Home Office: By individual agreement in your respective project
• Remuneration: Above-tariff salary, vacation and Christmas bonus, as well as a 13th-month salary
• Onboarding: You will receive structured training and have a dedicated contact person

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent execution and coordination of all procurement processes
• Consistent monitoring of order status and adherence to deadlines to ensure the supply chain
• Obtaining qualified offers and systematically comparing them based on price and performance
• Active support of partners and professional clarification of all operational inquiries
• Careful maintenance and ongoing updating of all purchasing-relevant data in the system

What You Bring:

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in purchasing, ideally in mechanical engineering, is an advantage. With a comparable qualification or professional experience, you are also very welcome!
• Technical understanding is desirable
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with the ERP system SIVAS
• Independent, cooperative, and responsible way of working
• Good German and English skills
• Flexibility and teamwork skills
