Location: Frankfurt am Main
Teneo is the world's leading CEO consultancy with over 1,600 experts in over 40 offices worldwide. We support executives, boards of directors, and supervisory boards in mastering complex strategic, communicative, and regulatory challenges. Our clients include global market leaders from the major stock indices as well as established scale-ups and medium-sized companies.
For our Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRC) division, we are looking for dedicated consultants with analytical thinking, a high degree of personal responsibility, and a passion for compliance, regulation, and corporate governance.
What awaits you
- Advising companies on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance management systems, particularly based on standards such as ISO 37301, IDW PS 980, or industry-specific requirements.
- Support with compliance risk analyses, compliance audits, and the creation of policies, training and communication concepts, as well as reporting.
- Consulting on whistleblower systems, case management, and internal investigations.
- Guiding clients regarding compliance controls, governance structures, and risk management processes.
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with colleagues from Forensics, Strategy, Risk, Communications, and Financial Advisory.
- Creation of high-quality analyses, presentations, and management documents.
- Support with business development activities and the expansion of the consulting portfolio, particularly with regard to the digitalization of our consulting portfolio.
- As a Senior Consultant, you will additionally take responsibility for sub-projects and lead team members.
What we are looking for
- Successfully completed university degree, preferably with a legal focus (e.g., business lawyer, fully qualified lawyer).
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field of compliance, preferably with consulting experience.
- Distinct understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (esp. ISO 37301 and IDW PS 980).
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Analytical thinking, structured work, and confident demeanor.
- Fluent German and English skills -- and a desire for international projects.
- High level of commitment, reliability, organizational talent, flexibility, and communication skills.
- Service-oriented approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and industries.
What we offer
- A small, dynamic team with flat hierarchies -- characterized by close exchange and direct collaboration with management.
- Scope for design instead of rigid structures: As part of a growing division, there is an opportunity to actively shape structures and further develop processes, thereby driving your own professional and personal growth.
- Competitive compensation & other corporate benefits (company pension plan & subsidized fitness and wellness offers via ClassPass).
- Comprehensive further training opportunities.
- Modern office spaces in the city center as well as the possibility of working remotely part-time.
- An environment with experienced and competent colleagues where one can grow personally and professionally.
If you are ready to make a difference, we look forward to hearing from you!
In addition to a cover letter and CV, we request relevant degree certificates and employment references.
