Your Role
You will develop scalable backend systems with Python and work on APIs, services, and integrations that must run reliably in production. This involves not only features but also clean code, stable architectures, performant processes, and good developer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Development of productive Python backends, APIs, and integrations
- Design and implementation of scalable and maintainable services for real-world load
- Development of clear, pragmatic solutions for complex requirements
- Continuous improvement of testing & test coverage, CI/CD & deployment processes, performance & observability, and code quality & maintainability
- Active participation in shaping architecture, system design, and technical decisions
- Close teamwork with a focus on sustainable and robust systems
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in software development with Python
- Strong commitment to clean code, testing, and maintainability
- Hands-on mentality combined with technical thinking (not just ticket processing)
- Very good understanding of backend development and modern architectures
- Experience with Django, PostgreSQL, Docker, Grafana, and Linux
- Proficiency in CI/CD, automation, and Git-based workflows
- Ownership, technical depth, and the desire to take responsibility
- Very good language skills in German and English (min. C1)
