Your Contribution to TenneT

  • You will be responsible for the fixed assets of the TenneT Germany Group, ensuring high data quality and efficient processes together with your colleagues.
  • You will actively participate in the preparation of the Group Reporting Package (monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS), working closely with the accounting and general ledger departments.
  • In close coordination with colleagues from operational fixed asset accounting, you will continuously develop guidelines and processes in the area of fixed asset accounting and act as a liaison to the relevant specialist departments.
  • As a contact and sparring partner, you will support the general ledger and accounting departments and be involved in coordination with auditors, commercial regulation, controlling, and the tax department.
  • In your role as a key user, you will ensure that the requirements of fixed asset accounting are correctly considered and implemented in SAP S/4HANA.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • You have already gained relevant professional experience in fixed asset and general ledger accounting according to HGB and IFRS.
  • You have good Excel skills and possess knowledge of SAP (FI-AA and FI/CO).
  • Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.

Our Challenges

The Accounting & Tax department ensures the complete, correct, and compliant processing and presentation of all relevant financial transactions. It provides the basis for external reports and statutory financial statements, analyzes, and documents accounting and tax issues. It also manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and tax processes, ensures compliance with tax and accounting standards, and ensures transparent financial and ESG reporting. The department supports audits and maintains communication with financial authorities and auditors.
