We are looking for a passionate Advisor Operational Controlling (m/f/d) at the Bayreuth location, maybe it's you? The Controlling department develops and implements control concepts to ensure sustainable profitability and sound expenditure management for the business units. It monitors large AC, DC, and offshore projects and ensures their timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant implementation. It also provides financial advice for investment and maintenance projects and acts as a strategic partner in planning, forecasting, and performance improvement. The unit manages budgeting, forecasting, and controlling, prepares reports for management and the supervisory board, and supports decision-makers through financial and regulatory analyses. Your Responsibilities

• You provide decision- and control-relevant OPEX data for TenneT Germany in a timely, reliable, and transparent manner, working closely with business controllers.
• In your role, you coordinate the further development and reporting of central control information that enables strategic and operational decisions.
• You manage internal cross-charging processes and calculate transfer prices in coordination with the tax department and business controllers.
• You contribute to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the business units through special business analyses.
• You also support the documentation of internal business control processes and the creation of relevant guidelines.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field - or you have an equivalent qualification.
• With relevant professional experience, you have expertise in finance and controlling.
• With your eye for improvements, you want to actively contribute to TenneT's further development towards a data-driven organization.
• You also have comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and SAP (ideally SAP S4/Hana) and are proficient in creating professional presentations with MS PowerPoint.
• Your very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
