Enterprise Account Executive -- AI Infrastructure (Germany, Remote)
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed technology company building next-generation AI infrastructure for enterprise environments. The platform enables organisations to deploy and operate large-scale AI systems securely with their own data, across on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
Designed for regulated industries, the solution supports use cases where data sovereignty, security, and compliance are critical. The platform is built on modern infrastructure technologies including Kubernetes, GPU acceleration, and scalable AI/ML frameworks, enabling enterprises to operationalise AI without compromising control.
The business is entering a key growth phase across Europe and is looking to hire a foundational commercial leader in Germany.
The Role
- This is a new business, hunter-style Account Executive role focused on building a presence in the German enterprise market.
- You will own the full sales cycle, targeting organisations across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, financial services, healthcare, and the public sector---where complex infrastructure and security requirements drive demand for private AI solutions.
- This is a high-impact, remote-first position, giving you the autonomy to shape go-to-market strategy, build pipeline from scratch, and close high-value deals with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, deal execution, and closing (€100K--€500K+ deals)
- Develop and execute outbound strategies (cold outreach, networking, events, partner channels)
- Engage with C-level and senior technical stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO, Head of Engineering, etc.)
- Run discovery sessions, product demos, and technical discussions aligned to customer infrastructure needs
- Navigate complex enterprise procurement processes, including security, compliance, and stakeholder alignment
- Work closely with solutions engineers to deliver proof-of-concept engagements and convert to production deals
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (hardware, cloud, and infrastructure vendors)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning
What We're Looking For
You are a proven enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of winning new business in complex, technical environments.
You will likely bring:
- Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, AI/ML, or high-performance computing solutions into enterprise accounts
- A strong hunter mindset -- comfortable building pipeline from zero and driving new logos
- Background working with or within enterprise technology vendors (e.g. Dell, NVIDIA, or similar ecosystem players)
- Experience selling into regulated industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing, public sector)
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
- Fluency in German and English
Technical credibility -- able to engage confidently on topics such as:
- Kubernetes / containerisation
- GPU-based workloads / high-performance computing
- Cloud vs on-prem architectures
- Data privacy and enterprise IT environments
