PREEvision Architect (Automotive E/E Architecture)

Your Tasks:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize models within PREEvision, especially related to vehicle architecture -- Electrical/Electronics.
  • Create and refine metrics within PREEvision; manage tool configurations and model structures.
  • Support development of software architecture elements within vehicle architecture.
  • Collaborate on system modeling activities in Cameo and other MBSE environments.
  • Ensure architectural compliance with relevant automotive regulations, including UN-R 156 and similar international standards.
  • Support software change management processes and configuration management activities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, handbooks, training materials, and web-based training modules for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide cross-functional system insights and support teams in understanding vehicle-level dependencies across E/E domains.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in automotive engineering, Telecommunication engineering or equivalent / higher qualification.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with PREEvision, including metric development, tool configuration, and complex E/E architecture modeling.
  • Certificate as a Vector Certified PREEvision Configurator.
  • Proven track record with reference projects demonstrating advanced PREEvision expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of E/E vehicle architectures and their technical interdependencies.
  • Experience in software architecture modeling within vehicle architecture-EE.
  • Solid understanding of Functional Breakdown methodology and related challenges.
  • Familiarity with software change management and configuration management practices.
  • Knowledge of UN-R 156 and related international regulations for software updates and cybersecurity.
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of Cameo and related MBSE systems (expert-level preferred).
  • Broad system-level understanding of the automotive domain and modern E/E systems.
  • Experience developing training materials, manuals, and web-based learning modules.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within complex engineering environments.
