Location: Titisee-Neustadt | partial Homeoffice Hours: 40 hours per week Position: Permanent, as soon as possible

Your Tasks
As a strategic sparring partner for our country sales organizations in B2B sales, you will support them in managing their distributors systematically, with a clear focus on the distribution channel's interaction with direct sales and e-commerce. Your responsibilities include:
- Channel KPI Framework: Consolidating performance data into a globally applicable KPI set and continuously developing the associated evaluation logic.
- Partner Ecosystem: Analyzing the international partner ecosystem, segmenting distributors by potential, profitability, and strategic importance, and deriving investment targets, support models, and clear priorities for countries and business units. You will also contribute to the further development of the digital partner portal.
- Programmes and Training Concepts: Developing standardized partner journeys, programs, learning paths, and white-spot analyses applicable across all business units (HVAC/R, thermography, emission, food, pharma). You will translate these into concrete enablement concepts, scalable frameworks, and playbooks for the countries, including on-site support in respective countries.

Your Profile
- Channel Management Experience: Several years of experience in indirect B2B sales through distributors, with a proven track record in building, developing, and steering global partner portfolios. A deep understanding of distribution's interaction with direct sales and e-commerce is essential.
- KPI-Driven Channel Steering: Proficiency in using CRM and sales data, with hands-on experience in defining and applying KPIs. You can translate these into clear, actionable analyses for managing distributors and channel performance.
- Sales Enablement Expertise: Several years of experience enabling country sales organizations or partners through trainings, workshops, programs, or playbooks. You are adept at preparing content that empowers others to manage the distribution channel systematically and data-based.
- Framework Design and Partner Journeys: Ability to distill requirements from countries and business units into scalable frameworks and partner journeys. You can present these convincingly to senior management, CSOs, and specialist functions, and actively support their rollout.
- Education and Language Skills: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related technical/business field. Excellent written and spoken English is required for confident operation in an international B2B environment. German language skills are an advantage.
