Your Role
- As part of our E-Commerce team, you will ensure a consistent and compelling shopping experience for our brands in the web shops of our retail partners.
- You will always keep the perspective of our customers and the requirements of relevant internal and external stakeholders in mind.
- You will support all online activities with an operational and analytical focus.
- This includes creating, optimizing, and maintaining content, as well as conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring the success of marketing and promotion measures with our retail partners.
- You will also monitor and continuously analyze relevant KPIs by consolidating various data sources and existing tools.
- You will work closely with Key Account Management, Strategic Marketing, and external partners and agencies.
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies with a focus on Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a comparable focus at an FMCG brand manufacturer.
- Initial professional experience (including internships) in marketing with a clear focus on digital topics.
- A good eye for usability and design in the implementation of creative concepts in line with our brand guidelines.
- Understanding of key figures and the ability to derive actions from them.
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of communication and teamwork.
- MS Office skills, as well as basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, are advantageous.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
