Russian Speaking Talent Provider / Recruiter (iGaming) – Remote /Freelance
Are you a well-connected recruiter with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry ? Do you speak both English and Russian ? We are looking for a result-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help us scale our teams by finding top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract high-quality candidates within the iGaming sector (Tech, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
- Manage the initial screening process to ensure a perfect fit for our requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in the Russian and English-speaking markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, specifically within the iGaming or Fintech industry.
- Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- A strong professional network within the industry.
