Your Start in the Commercial Team at ESN & More!
As a Go-To-Market Commercial Manager (gn), you will be responsible for B2B commercial expansion in Germany. You will manage new clients from strategic planning to go-live, ensuring excellent execution across all relevant sales channels.
If you have experience in the FMCG (Food, Beverage, or Lifestyle) sector and a strong combination of Commercial Strategy, Sales Steering, and Marketing expertise, we look forward to hearing from you.
Your Mission with Us
- Implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B clients – from approval to go-live.
- Manage and develop the Channel Activity Master Plan (CAMP) across all B2B channels.
- Translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution, and sales targets.
- Analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps, and derive effective measures.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Sales Fundamentals – assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising.
- Act as the single point of contact for the German B2B business and manage daily operations.
- Share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally.
Your Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in the Food, Beverage, or Lifestyle sector.
- Proven track record in Marketing, Sales, or Commercial roles with a clear B2B focus.
- Experience in Go-To-Market processes, sales steering, or channel management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented approach, and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management.
- KPI-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% within Germany, including Hamburg and HQ.
- Fluent in German and English (negotiation level).
