Junior Quality Brand Manager (gn) - More & ESN

Start: Immediately | Level: Junior | Location: Hamburg, hybrid | Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week)

Do you love numbers, data, and facts and want to know how our products really perform? In this role, you will support our Quality Team operationally in the area of Food & Quality Assurance, ensuring transparency along the entire supply chain through structured reporting, analysis, and clear communication.

Your Mission with Us

• Analyze complaints and quality deviations, deriving data-based insights into product performance.
• Monitor quality key figures and create structured reports based on Excel analyses and our laboratory management system.
• Support the assurance and further development of our quality standards (including GFSI, CRQS).
• Prepare and accompany supplier audits operationally.
• Act as a communication interface between HQ, production, laboratory, and other departments.
• Support certifications and quality-relevant projects in national and international contexts.

Your Experience & Skills

• Completed studies in food science or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of numbers, data, and extensive Excel spreadsheets.
• Knowledge in food safety and common standards such as GFSI.
• Strong communication skills and confident interaction with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
