Join the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe as a (Senior) Product Developer (gn). You will focus on developing powder, capsule, and tablet products for the TQG brand, More Nutrition. Your Mission with Us

• Manage end-to-end product development projects with great enthusiasm, from ideation to market launch.
• Be responsible for creating, manufacturing, and documenting product formulations.
• Conduct and interpret storage test data from trials to inform your developments.
• Challenge the status quo and elevate existing formulations to the next level.
• Research new raw materials relevant to our development and support the Procurement Team in replacing existing ones.
• Collaborate closely with other departments and maintain contact with our suppliers.
• Test our products with a great sense for the best taste and ingredient combinations, striving for continuous product improvement.
• Organize and document tastings of your developed products within your team.

Your Experience & Skills

• Successfully completed studies in Nutritional Sciences, Oecotrophology, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a comparable vocational training.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development (experience in dietary supplements, sugar-free, protein-enriched foods, or bars is a plus).
• Basic IT skills and the ability to apply them in daily workflows and documentation.
• Independent, meticulous, and well-structured work ethic, with the ability to maintain an overview even with multiple parallel projects.
• High awareness of laboratory and occupational safety.
• Motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
• Flawless command of German and English.
• Creativity and a hands-on mentality to round off your profile.
