About the Role

Join the Commercial Team at ESN & More! As a Go-To-Market Commercial Manager (gn), you will be responsible for B2B commercial expansion in Germany. You will manage new clients from strategic planning to go-live, ensuring excellent execution across all relevant sales channels.

If you have experience in the FMCG (Food, Beverage, or Lifestyle) sector and a strong combination of Commercial Strategy, Sales Steering, and Marketing expertise, we look forward to hearing from you.

Your Mission

• Implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany.
• Oversee end-to-end readiness for new B2B clients, from approval to go-live.
• Manage and develop the Channel Activity Master Plan (CAMP) across all B2B channels.
• Translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution, and sales targets.
• Analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps, and derive effective measures.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Sales Fundamentals: assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising.
• Act as the single point of contact for German B2B business and manage daily operations.
• Share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in Food, Beverage, or Lifestyle.
• Proven track record in Marketing, Sales, or Commercial roles with a clear B2B focus.
• Experience in Go-To-Market processes, sales steering, or channel management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and takes ownership.
• Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management.
• KPI-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% within Germany, including Hamburg and HQ.
• Fluent in German and English (negotiation level).
